Commissions Info & Costings

Once you have ordered a commissioned piece either a small deposit or full payment is required. The deposit comes off the price of your purchase and is fully refundable if you are not happy with the finished piece and no longer want it.

We have had to start implementing deposits because sadly jewellers especially small independent jewellers are popular with scammers wanting free precious metal and gems.
